Support for Children & Youth

Many families arrive here carrying both love and worry. You might be trying to understand your child’s needs or wanting them to feel safe, understood and able to experience belonging in the places they spend their days.

This is a space where your child is seen, their experience is honoured, and you’re met with care, not judgement.

Children thrive when their strengths are recognised and they feel supported. My approach is playful, authentic and responsive  creating moments where children feel safe to explore, connect and grow.

Often  I see neurodivergent children start to feel “too much” or “not enough” because there is a mismatch with their environments. I work within these environments to collaboratively address any barriers so your child can feel grounded, confident and included.

I support skill-building in emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, sensory awareness and everyday independence. These skills grow through low-pressure, strengths-based strategies that follow your child’s pace, preferences and interests.

My work is grounded in strong, trusting relationships. I spend time getting to know your child and work alongside them in ways that feel supportive and connected. I help children understand themselves, feel proud of who they are, and develop tools that make daily life more predictable, accessible and empowering.

Support for Parents, Families & Carers

Parenting neurodivergent children can feel overwhelming and at times lonely. The constant decision-making, the emotional load, the advocacy. The quiet moments where you’re trying to make sense of what your child needs while also managing your own wellbeing.

As a parent of neurodivergent children myself, I understand the pressure, the second-guessing, and the deep love that sits underneath it all. I know what it’s like to navigate systems that don’t always adapt, and to carry both hope and exhaustion at the same time.

Many families come to me with confusion, worry or past experiences with services that felt rushed, dismissive or overwhelming. My approach is non-judgmental and trauma-informed. A space where you can slow down, feel understood, and explore things without fear of being blamed or misunderstood.

I welcome all families, and I hold a particular passion for supporting parents who are neurodivergent themselves. Their insight, intuition and lived experience are strengths, and they deserve to be recognised.

Together, we make sense of what’s happening, strengthen your advocacy skills, and build practical, values-aligned strategies that fit your family’s needs.

Our work is collaborative, gentle and grounded in real life. It’s about helping you feel steadier, more confident and more supported as you navigate parenting in systems that don’t always make it easy. You don’t have to carry it alone.
