Referring Professionals
& Support Coordinators

From my years of support coordination I understand and value the importance of communication, collaboration and having a holistic circle of care around an individual and their family.

I believe in the right hand speaking to the left hand and value the knowledge and experience that different professionals bring while always keeping a person-centred approach.

I would love the opportunity to work alongside you in supporting individuals and families.

Why GPs Should Refer
to Gathering Thoughts

I am an advocate for moving away from traditional silos of care.

For GPs, referral improves continuity of care, patients receive ongoing, strengths-based support that reduces crisis appointments, clarifies functional needs and strengthens advocacy across home, school and community.

I provide  trauma-informed neuro-affirming holistic support for children, families and newly identified neurodivergent adults, helping them make sense of their needs, reduce distress and build practical skills for daily life.

I support capacity building, systems navigation, and school-based environmental adjustments, giving families and adults clear, achievable strategies that complement clinical care.

I am a Registered Developmental Educator (DEA), and a member of the Australasian ADHD Professionals Association.  I hold a Master of Autism & Neurodivergent Studies, Master of Teaching (Early Childhood) and a Graduate Certificate in Child & Adolescent Mental Health.
